No UK units w/3 of Paris and French morale

I noticed in perusing some of the scripts today that the NM event for a drop in French morale when there are no UK units within three hexes of Paris after Paris falls appears to be askew. The condition position sets the relevant hex as 157,84, which is in the middle of the Indian Ocean. Shouldn't it be Paris? Am I reading this correctly?

That's a bug, we are looking to fix this for the next update.
