Axis initial conditions

Both Germany and Italy start the scenario with no Supply Truck stockpile.
Also, for Italy, the logistics stockpile is at -52.

I assume both are intended.

And Italy manpower is at 0%.

UK has no Supply Truck stockpile too.

Both sides can't build Fleets (I think this is intended).

Correct it is a limited scenario. UK shouldn't have supply trucks. Their stuff is in Greece

Yes. Right now Matrix is super busy with... something. The virus has really delayed their production.

I am putting a new beta this Friday.
