End of Game trigger

I can't find anything that will end the game in the Editor.
The Data section has a place for setting the Start and End dates but changing the End date doesn't seem to cause the game to end. Is there an event in one of the script files that does this?

Correction. It did end it but just not on the turn I expected.
I set the End at Oct 27, 1939 which occurs on the 5th turn. When it actually triggered was when I completed the 6th turn (Nov 10, 1939).
