Weirdness running in Windowed Mode .. Need help

Running the game in windowed mode. However, I don't seem to be able to resize the window ... Is this normal ? (Running W10) ....

Also, getting ALOT of occasional bleed thru from the screen/window underneath the AE window. Gotta be some PC screen setting or something. Anything somebody could suggest I try or look into would be appreciated ....

That is not correct.

The window can be resized, by setting the correct switches in the target line of your desktop shortcut.

Obviously you need to save and restart the exe for that to have effect.

If you run SeeBee, that should set up the switches. It can be found on the Tech threads.

That depends upon what is meant by resize. You can change the size of the window upon start using px/py what you can't do is resize in game, it's fixed by whatever resolution you use for px/py.

Now if you can I'd love to know so I can do it.
