[Fixed] Aegean in flames, subs reveal themselfs

Im new at this game so I don't fully know what Im doing, but it seems like 7 of the enemy submarines at the same time thought it was a good idea to go to periscope depth and reveal their lokation in the middle of the war.

It's because they're on a sea patrol mission with active radar as default setting. You have to switch sides and disable it in the emcom doctrine tab.
