Updated to v1.18???

To the Tech Forum,

I went to play a turn this morning and it appears Strategic Command III was upgraded to v.1.18 overnight -- least that's what the SCIII dashboard says. I have not seen anything about this update in the Forum pages. Worse still, I cannot now access my in-progress games.

My questions are as follows:

(i) What engine changes are found in the new version?

(ii) How do I revert to v.1.17.02 so that I can finish my current games? I have two, in particular, that are at a critical juncture.

There is no need to revert to the older version as all saved games should be compatible. Is this not the case? If you are referring to PBEM then the server just needed to have its client number updated, which it now has been and should now be working as well.

OK, I just re-launched the game and it is working now. The reboot seems to have done the trick.
