Serial Number Not Working

New computer and the Serial Number is not working. I've tried putting the "-" between the series of numbers and without doing so. I keep getting Invalid Serial Number.

If I remember correctly, the installer separated the series of numbers itself.

Any ideas?

Make sure you use the hyphen in the top line of the keyboard, NOT the minus sign on the numeric keypad.

Can you still access your old laptop? If so, in any installed folder there is a file named serialreg.txt Your correct serial number is in there.

I got the serial number from the members area, but it is not working.
