Can't dclare War on conquered Spain?

Hi,

I ran in this issue in our game with Nirosi : Germany has conquered Spain. Italie was not at war with Spain when it happened. I want to use the Italians vs partisans in this region, but it says Not at War. But when I go to the War Pannel, I see that spain is a UK ally, but there is no option for Italy to declare war on it. There is no option at all in fact. Is this intended?

They are surrendered. Does it hamper you from entering Spain?

Hi Alvaro,

No, Italian units can enter Spain. But, they cant attack spanish partisan because they are not at war with Spain and Italy cannot declare war on Spain because they are conquered.
