End of game not sent to Axis

Recently finished another game. Axis defeated. But the Axis player never gets to see the final map and results. As the Allied player, I end turn, and it is my turn again.

Possibly because the Axis has no remaining major powers?

Regardless, the Axis play should have a chance to see the final map, combat, results casualties etc.

It was PBEM. I ended the turn - and I immediately had the ability to load the next turn. It was like it skipped him after I end turn and was just my turn against immediately.
