UK supplied from Damascus

In our actual game, Vichy Syria joined the Allies. Since that happened, the UK does not use the ports to supply units in Egypt (the supply information in Egyptian ports disappeared). Damascus seems now to be the supply source (with no supply limit) for both Vichy and UK units. My feeling is that is probably a bug.

I believe I fixed that in the beta. So it should be in the next patch.
