<summary>Russia has not three but two working Persona Imagery satellites update</summary>
<detail>Russia currently has only two operational optical reconnaissance satellites in orbit, both of which may already have exceeded their design lifetime. They are to be replaced by more capable satellites carrying a primary mirror about the same size as of those believed to be flown aboard American reconnaissance satellites, but it is unclear when these will be ready to fly.
fter several years of delays, the first Persona satellite was launched as Kosmos-2441 on July 26, 2008, but Russian press reports at the time said it was lost barely two months later because memory boards in its on-board computer had been rendered useless by charged particles. The next satellite, Kosmos-2486, fitted with hardened electronic components, went into orbit on June 7, 2013. Speculation in the Russian press that this satellite soon ran into trouble as well was confirmed by court documents published in 2017. These revealed that in-orbit tests of the satellite had to be interrupted from August 2013 to February 2014 due to unspecified on-board problems and were not completed until October 2014.[1] Persona nr. 3 (Kosmos-2506) was launched on June 23, 2015, into an orbit synchronized with that of the second satellite to provide maximum coverage of areas of interest on Earth. According to the same court documents, it also encountered technical problems during initial in-orbit testing and was not declared operational until November 2016. </detail>

<type>UPDATE</type>
<summary>Update on the KC-390 capabilities</summary>
<detail>Here is some data about the KC-390 (aircraft DB ID #4013) capabilities taken from wikipedia and a brochure from Embraer:
- max. payload is up to 26t, tough this is for a heavily loaded aircraft
- (relatively) short TOD/LAD: at max. payload of 23t the TOD is 1524m and 1165m for 16t. LAD for a 26t laden aircraft is 1000m. This along with a low stall speed (104kts) and the capability to fly as slow as 120kts for AR of helicopters (as per wikipedia in the Design section and in the brochure) hints that the TOD/LAD may be changed to 901-1400m to better reflect actual capabilities
- flight range for a ferry flight, 14t, 23t and 26t payload as well as extended ferry are listed in the brochure, currently in-game this figures are quite close to the officially declared values, just for reference
- the aircraft is built with a refueling probe as standard but lacks such feature under the proprieties tab
- the aircraft is designed to be able to double as tanker with 2 wing drogues, currently in-game it lacks such feature. According to wikipedia the total fuel capacity is listed as 35t i.e. 12t payload fuel (3x aux. internal fuel tanks) + 23t own fuel. Portuguese wikipedia puts the max. AR mission range as 2495 km (1348 nm c.a.)
- the aircraft is able to paradrop loads up to 19t (42000 lb) and deliver by LAPES up to 10t (22000 lb). Currently in-game it lacks a cargo air drop feature. Info found on the brochure, link #2
- the aircraft is supposed to have fly-by-wire, currently it lacks such feature under the proprieties tab
- it supposedly mounts, as standard, countermeasures in the form of: chaff & flares, DIRCM, RWR, LWR and MAWS, generic versions of such systems as present in the DB may be used to represent them. Reference in the wikipedia and the brochure links
- following the (unsuccessful) Embraer-Boeing joint venture the aircraft was re-branded as C-390 Millenium. I suggest a name amendment: Embraer KC-390 -- Brazil (Air Force), 2018 --> C-390 Millennium [KC-390] -- Brazil (Air Force), 2018
- apart from 28 orders by the Forza Aerea Brasileira, there are also 12 orders from Colombia, 6 by Argentina, 6 by Chile, 6 by Portugal (5+1 optional), 2 by Czech Republic, so you may add this users too if you wish, at least the Portuguese order is certain

<detail>The following countries are missing the C-27J despite the aircraft having been ordered and put into service by them all;
The USA with an IOC of 2010 (with its first combat deployment in Afghanistan in 2011), although all 38 of the C-27J's were retired from the USAF by 2013. However, at that time seven of them were transferred to US SOCOM and 14 of them went to the Coast Guard, with these undergoing renovation to become the HC-27J which itself has an IOC of 2017.) None of the US aircraft had refueling probes, but in all other respects were near identical to the #613 C-27.
Greece with an IOC of 2004 and a total of eight aircraft, all still in service. Similar to #613 except with no refueling probe.
Mexico with an IOC of 2011 and a total of four aircraft, all still in service. Similar to #613 except with no refueling probe.

Hi there,
Would it be possible to make 2 entries for the ship #231 C612 Colbert?
- 1 for the original status (1959-1969) would be in the CWDB
- 1 for the final status (1972-1991) : has aircraft facilities for Dauphin/Alouette helo
