Disappearing Storage? +Possible Bug+

Evening all,

Absolutely hooked on this incredible game!

Turn 86 into my first game, and noticing some strange behaviours from my SHQ materials storage.

As an example:

I had 22,000+ units of Oil stored, but was losing some each round as too much was being harvested. So not watning to lose that sweet sweet black gold I started constructing Fuel Silos to hold more.

Two turns later, my maximum Oil storage is now only 12,000 ish, instantly losing me 10,000 units! [X(]

My Food, Water, Ammo, Energy, and other have also almost halved....

The next turn, they have all halved again!

Absolutely no idea what's happening, or what I can do about it... Help please! [&:]
