i have never even reached ICBM stage in the game. what does that weapon do? i'd think it would annihilate cities and devastate whole regions. that's a huge huge weapon.

I'm about to find out!

Actually I decided to go for the Atomic Missile technology first. My borders were just within reach of the closest Major AI's two cities, and they did enough damage that I could roll in with my forces practically unchallenged.

I dread to think of how powerful the 100MT ICBM is.
