1. With the BEF devastated, French army in disarray, France on the verge of collapse and Paris about to fall to the Nazi's, Great Britain suspends all aid to France.
2. Great Britain announces that the 1 Oil and 4 non-oil given as aid to France will now instead be used for Great Britain's War Effort.
3. Fleeing French Government is Enraged By this Apparent Abandonment of France by Great Britain.
4. PM Churchill Assumes the French people that once the allied armies and airforces stop and turn back the Nazi's aid will be resumed.
5. German aid to Italy determined by D10 roll. 1-5=3 non-oil, 6-8=4 non-oil & 9-10=5 non-oil.
6. D10= 4, Germany starts giving 3 non-oil to Italy.
Initiative.
1. No advantage either side. Allies win ties.
2. Both sides "desperately" wish to move first.
3. Axis win first roll 9 to 3.
4. Allies request a re-roll, which gives the axis +1. Allies still win ties.
5. Axis win second roll 9+1=10 to 3, and elect to move first.
6. Jul/Aug is almost always a long turn with fine weather in the north temperate. Exactly what the Germans and Italians are looking to exploit in order to deal a final fatal blow to France and the BEF.
7. The Western Allies start granting 2 RPs to China, 1 oil from Great Britain and 1 non-oil from France.
