[1.05b1] Cannot strategic move SHQ

Per the image, cannot strategic move SHQ. SHQ inventory now counts weight of all materials. Despite no recruits, units, and no colonists, absurdly impossible to move the headquarters to another city.



Device is Windows 10 Pro 64bit, version 2004 (v19041.421), Intel i7-1065G7 1.30Ghz, 16GB RAM. It is a Surface Pro 7, connected to 2560x1600 display monitor via USB-C. Intel Iris Plus integrated graphics.

For reference, Game Build v 1.05-beta1; Scenario Build 1.05-beta1; Last Game Build used 1.05-beta1; Scenario Version Number #53.

This is working as intended. The inventory needs transport.

No argument that the inventory needs transport, but the current solution results in an onerous manual process from the player that is unnecessary.

The current requirement requires the following manual process:

(1) Create a new SHQ with a logs connection
(2) Manually use sliders to transfer the inventory from the old SHQ to the new SHQ using the available log points
(3) Delete the old SHQ

Is there not a better solution that results in the same without the onerous clicking?
