It came on I believe when the Germans picked up the minors and stays lit even after replacements have been placed on the map.

Do you remember which minor? Was it a Vichy colony?

I'll check the videos. I've been making a video of the whole game. Trying the AI at the hardest settings possible and just getting my butt kicked.

When Vichy North Africa is captured by the Axis. It's in my Episode 12 video at time around 10:10. Before that it's ok. Then it won't turn off. I have not posted Episode 12 yet in the AAR.

Ok I think i fixed this in the new patch. What was happening is that surrendered countries had their units still in the deployment queue. So I added something to remove them when surrendering.

That's why you are getting this.
