Impossible install WiF

I have bought this game and since a month I am trying to install it. Once I have downloaded all the files it is impossible complete the installation because an error message appears "insert disk 2" (?????).
Beacuse I bought even the manuals version with CD I tried to install with it. Nothing happens and even when I suceedd to install anything the unique scenario available is "global war".
Really disappointed.
Anyone could please help me?

I recently reinstalled the game with no issues and to the latest Hot Patch Version 03.02.00.00

Go to your account on Matrix website, download and install the files in the order shown.

Then go here to install latest hotpatch:

Yeah you need to install it from the my downloads folder otherwise it will not install.

Right, the problem is trying to run the install from the desktop. Put the install in a folder (any folder) and then run it.
