pbem login error

I've come back after a long break and can't log in to start a new pbem game. The username area is greened out. When trying to register a new email it also came up with an error. My username is kingkian. Thanks.

Does the Edit button show next to the Name/UserID field? If it does and you click it, what does it show in the settings? Is there a serial number? (Do not post a picture of course).

Are you logging in with your "unified" login information? If you have not used the unified, you may need to contact Matrix Support and have them fix the login issue.
