anyone else still "processing"?

Many folks got theirs without ever getting out of "processing" or apologies for that. If you don't get it by the end of this week then log a help desk support request and will track down what happened to it.

Guys

All the CD are out and done. The ONLY EXCEPTION to this is if you order the game once the Game status said Back Ordered. The processing does not mean it did not ship it. We have not updated all the accounts from the old system. If you have order from the new system it means that it has not yet shipped. We should have a new batch of CD's from our new CD maker in a week to ten days.

Well, well, I have now seen that my order states 'completed' (happened on 6-25). I'm not, however, able to actually track it with the number provided, but I don't care as, because it'll arrive with or without me knowing where it is in the country. Thanks, and I hope to be playing soon.

Also, I hope you gave that previous CD maker some hell. :D

Paul, "end of this week" is Applicable for customers around the world or only for US customers? (I’m in South America)

Unfortunately I took my delivery from DOWNS, I mean UPS, to something other than two day delivery. I don't know if the status takes all orders as being two day variety or not, but it said the delivery date would be the 22nd and here I still sit. One problem with DOWNS is I think they don't deliver on saturday. A pity too, because they have a massive installation about 5 miles from my house and I believe it's the national HQ. You should see those 100's of brown trucks hitting the highways about 8:30.

Late saturday, after the mail had been already delivered, in order to celebrate the anniversary of Operation Barbarossa, someone blitzkrieged my mailbox, but every year or so, when the brats get out for summer it receives similar treatment. I'm almost becoming an expert at mailbox repair. I wonder if their MO is to attack mailboxes every 6/22? The strangest thing was that someone actually put the fallen empty mailbox on my doorstep, because it's usually just left on the ground. Putting all the facts together, it does make me wonder if DOWNS does deliver on saturday, and delivered even later than my very late government mail, so that they placed the mailbox on the doorstep. Wouldn't that be just like the breaks? They deliver the mailbox and forget about what they were delivering? I don't know, it's kind of screwy. I've checked my tracking number since then and it's status hasn't changed in the slightest. Perhaps it'll arrive today. Perhaps the postal workers see the extra militant enthusiasm of those which pre-order, like me, and thereby think they have to put us at bay.
