Via lua or something new in the gui coming in next beta for it?

You can edit comm/datalink in same way as you can sensors from the unit panel.

jimmyblond is absolutely correct. The aircraft no longer seem to require a turnaround time at all. I noticed this too and have already posted a save in the Tech Support Forum.
