Preordered 2 copies and T-shirt early April.
No email yet!

I'm sad.

I'm on "partial complete" status. This means that only one T-shirt (out of 2 T-shirts and 2 games) is ready.

I ordered at this time: <5/8/01 10:41:24 PM>

Now, on the status page, it says that I ordered on <06/13/2001 09:58:21>

I got an e-mail from Paul on 6/17 that my order should be shipped by last week.

Well, I still do not have my game. I'm affraid that I will not get my t-shirts (because of the changed order date).

I like SP:WaW. I appreciate all the eforts by MatrixGames guys. Everybody (Paul, Bill and the others) is wonderful and very knowledgeable on military matters. But MatrixGames should rethink their business strategy. The best product accounts to nil if there's not good customer care behind.

I'm sad, because I was so excited with the possibility to pay MatrixGames all their eforts by purchasing their game. I have the original Steel Panthers and it provide wonderful playing time.

I was also excited for this new, awesome release. I wanted to send a t-shirt and a game to a friend of mine, that has only a modem.

Well, his birthday has arrived and gone.

I'm sad.

I came home late today and, my oh my! there was a suspicious box by the door!

Yes, the full orther arrived! Both the 2 T-shirts and 2 CDswere there!

Joy! Christmas! Thanks-giving! Now I know what I'm going to be doing this next July, 4th. Just listen to my big speakers at full blast while I run the MegaCampaign!
