[1.05b3]Tolerated troops being sent back to SHQ

I think this has been happening since Beta 3. I've set lots of my troop types to "tolerated" which used to - and is described as - leave those types with their units, but not send them out as further reinforcements.

Since Beta 3, they are now being sent back to the SHQ, which caused quite some chaos for my front lines, as I usually have only the newest model set to regular quality and allowed, while all the older models are set to low quality and tolerated.

A relatively recent change (v105) was the following: "If a Model is Tolerated it will only be sent back if it can be replaced immediately by an Allowed Model of the same Reinforcement Type"
Did new stuff arrive at your Units?
If not, please send a savegame where I can see this sending back in action (after pressing next turn) to vic@vrdesigns.net and i'll take a look.

No new replacements arrived in the unit, so they all disbanded (several tank units and also some OHQs). I sent you a save.

Vic took a look at the units and they were actually set to disbanding...
I looked at my other game again and I accidentally set the units model to obsolete instead of tolerated.
