Is it possible to give Axis offmap base access ?

Is it possible to give Axis offmap base access ?

Hello everyone , i got a scenario in my mind but it would require for Axis to have access to Off map base. Is this possible , can someone show the forum how to do it ?

Not possible for a non dev mod.
