Italian CV

I selected the option to build the Italian aircraft carrier and it is now August 28th 1042 and still no CV had popped up. Is this a known bug?

Believe the CV should show up in the Adriatic port to the North. Would that be Venice? Do you still control Venice?

It will arrive on the 1st January 1943.
