Resetting User/Password for Multiplayer server

My brother is having this problem. None of the username/password combinations he has for Matrix is matching up so he can't log into the game server. I know he has one because we played Brother Against Brother for some time and it uses the same system. How to do it is probably somewhere on these forums but I haven't come up with the magic keywords to find it.

Is there a procedure for recovering the username/password for the Multiplayer server using the email address?

Try in the Slitherine Homepage...I think that the MP server is based there.
