"Static" units?

The sequel of the legendary wargame with a complete graphics and interface overhaul, major new gameplay and design features such as full naval combat modelling, improved supply handling, numerous increases to scenario parameters to better support large scenarios, and integrated PBEM++.

Kind of bizarre that they even include the static flag if that's not how the game actually works...oh well.

Seems like "someone" decided to change the static flag to mean "Very Slow Movement"

Wonder if other undocumented flag changes have been made. Do you think it is possible that a different flag is now the “static” setting?

That is a good thought. A lab scenario featuring equipment with particular flags selected could be checked against the game report.

Underlying issue seems to be that updated documentation for the equipment file is called for.
