Font file settings for 4k Monitors

I thought I saw someone post a xml file for 4k monitors a while back.

It increases the font size for the tiny unreadable text on 4k monitors.

Could someone point me to that post?

If not, I think it may be in the manual somewhere correct?

How to edit the fonts for forms and stuff.
