Matrix download unsafe?

Just tried to download a patch from site and it kept saying connection unsafe and Matric security certificate had expired 3 days ago??

Can you link an image to the error you are seeing for me?

Edmon, a similar problem occurred when I wanted to download the latest EDtBTR patch.
