Suggestion on art brightness

Post by BlueWombats »

Hi,

I understand this is too late to change for the current game, but if you have a sequel coming please consider editing the art brightness. I don't know if it's just me, but the game is so bright it's hard to play for too long.

I'm guessing that it's the lack of lighting, it doesn't feel like there's true shading so all the terrain just burns bright. Some older games like Combat Mission Barbarossa also don't have lighting, but the textures are adjusted to compensate for it.

The game and art itself look nice, it's just too bright or washed out. It might just be me, I haven't seen any other complaints about it but I just can't play for more than 15-20 minutes. All the best with the series & development, the gameplay is still fun and relaxing.

Have you tried adjusting the gamma in the options?
