Beta 9U6
Change land and air units being transported by sea take triple damage from surface and air (they were too easy to sink in 1.06 and too hard to sink in 1.08)
Fixed movement vs neutral countries who are at 100% entry status

Are the manuals updated? I ask as the manual in the link in the beta section is dated 9/6/2020, older than the previous one and more than a month old.

I haven't really tested the latest betas, but just noticed that with this last one the dates on the deployment schedules, etc, are again in Portuguese although the game is in english...

Yes, same here using the latest 9U6 beta. The turn date is indeed corrected.

I had to create my own date strings because the game wasn't taking the standard C# forced English translations. Could be my lack of knowledge.
