BoB 1940 Campaign - I/KG 40 wrong OOB assignment?

I am playing the BoB 1940 campaign as Luftwaffe.
In the OOB the I/KG 40 is listed both as part of the IX Fliegerdivision and IV Fliegerkorps.
But the unit is actually located at Brest AF, which belongs to IV Fliegerkorps.
Using the latest V1.06.

Edit: You are right, it is somehow duplicated in the OOB.

Wasn't I/KG40 a unit used in the battle for the Atlantic (using the FW200 Condor?)

Groups will temporarily attach to the HQ assigned to it's current base. The Unit display shows the current attachment.

Yes, this Group was used for marine ops, that's why we reduced the number of He111's allowed to influence the Battle of Britain down to a schwarm. Originally it was a full 36 plane group. It's in the readme from an earlier patch.

edit: there doesn't seem to be a reason that this unit is assigned to 9. Fliegerdivision. It should be IV Fliegerkorps. I can fix that.
