How to change Your Commander Icon?

Can I change the commander icon? the actual icon is a very big "?" and I would like to change it with my own picture.
Is it possible?

I've looked in the graphic files, but didn't see an obvious placeholder graphic to overwrite. I agree that it would add to the immersion to be able to insert a custom pic. I'm sure updates will have this capability, so we may just have to wait.
