Germany initiates combat with the FTR2 (FW 190A-1). No additional air.

CW will send FTR2 into 1 box on reaction. I don't think this will change Axis reaction response but if it does I will go back, please just let me know.

Ax win a 1-8 split. Which box(es) to choose and how to spend surp? Also how will ax air be lined up (if you are willing to decide that in advance)?

1-box only. I expect 8 surprise points for Axis. Two points to increase a2a, and two points to decrease enemy a2a. 4 points saved for later use.
The two Italian fighters take the rear. Re.2000 take the last spot.
Enemy fighters will be selected for combat results if it is our choice.

If there is no AA fire, then all remaining surprise points will be used to increase damage done. TRS will be targeted.

RE: Rematch 4 player game (Orm, Peskpesk, jjdenver and Mayhemizer)
Something strange is happening (a bug?) with the results or else I'm missing something. Here is what game shows and a screenshot of the damage chart. I think natural result should be 1D2A and shifted up 2 columns should be 1X1A. But game is showing natural result 1X1D1A before spending surp. If you agree game is doing something wrong should I manipulate the outcome to reflect 1X1A after shifting? (I can try to change defense rolls to achieve a result possibly if we agree there is some bug. CW will abort sz if TRS is damaged instead of sunk otherwise will probably stay at sea)

EDIT: I went back to try to re-create the battle and made sure to click "abort" for both sides at end of round 2 air combat to be sure that somehow the 2nd IT NAV wasn't clearing through but same result. The result looks like both IT NAV are being used (6 a2s). I can apply the X to TRS, D to Barham and roll 10 defense for Barham, aborting it then based on actual defense roll of Barham I can either just roll a 10 for the A result.

Yes, seems to be a bug in my humble opinion. Looks like MWIF thinks both surviving naval bombers are included.
Treat the combat result as 1x1a.
Axis remain in the sea area.
Edit: I agree with your edit. [:)]

Strange. Once I clicked through to results the game showed correct results. So I re-ran the combat.
Dutch TRS and MAR sunk. Barham saves abort.
Will Axis stay?

Round 2 naval allies win 9-1 split with 7 surp. 2 surp to shift a2a to -5ax/+4al.
Here are air results. I assume ax abort a2a. Stay in sz?
