Can you open Shadow empires for mods?

The game could thrive if players could create mods for balance/content/flavor/graphics etc.

Combined with the steam workshop, it would lift the game to a totally different level.

That's absolutely obvious. Can't understand why it's not the case. Hopefully it will be coming with Steam. Modding is the norm these days. And Steam workshops are great places.

Vic has said than modding its planned but he wants to change/improve the current systems than are on place already and/or add new content (naval/air forces, advanced spy system, etc)
Amateurs talk about strategy. Professionals talk about logistics!
