air strategy very bad weather

Usually I never use my aircrafts when the weather is very bad. But I wonder if it would be useful for very special casse.
Did someone ever tried this for AS, NP GS, pr GA missions?

It's almost never good. You don't get intercepted very much, but you also don't hit much.

Better to rest your air groups for the next turn.
