Editor Bug

This is a bug I noticed in the editor. The tech year changes when you go into Edit Unit option after placing the unit on the map. The example I show is the creation of an Italian unit with 1943 tech, when I go to edit the unit, it shows the tech is now 1947.

Campaigns -> start (top left) set to 1939
Campaigns -> now (top center) set to 1943 date of scenario

The error is in the country editor that shows the tech year incorrectly.
Tech levels are 0, +1, +2, etc based on the start year.

Totally makes sense. Because when I left the units in 1939 when placed on the map, in the edit unit they jumped to 1943. Thanks for the clarification.
