Pbem crashing to desktop

Hi, Been playing fine for weeks. Now I have an opponent emailing me a setup for a game and when I try to open it the game just crashes to the desktop. He has tried sending it to someone else who can open it ok.

I am still playing other games fine so ned some help.

Is there any sort of error that is displayed?

Have you got your opponent to try setting up the game again and does that 2nd one crash also?

No error just crashes to KP splash screen. Yes he has tried to set it up 3 times.

Mike have you tried placing the mailed turn in your game email folder and opening it from within the (running) game?

Does your partenr have any prblems with emailed games with other people?

My best guess at this point would be that perhaps you have different versions (that doesn't bear thinking about really ) or that one of you has a dodgy install/corrupted file of some sort.

You are welcome to send me a copy of the email file that is crashing your system and i can check it on my end.
