Draw result carries over

The AI offered a draw, which I accepted. I upgraded my team, tried to go into battle again, and the game immediately closed with a draw. This was reproducible; zip file attached with descriptive readme.

Thanks. This is a known problem which will be addressed with the patch. workaround is to restart the application.
