Manuals callup bug

When I try to call up any of the manuals via the help menu or F1,F2, or F3 I get an error message.

"The instruction at 0x0000000076F1E6D4 referenced memory at 0x000000000000000l . The memory could not be read."

I have not tried to access this since the last update 4.2.0.

Tried also to do so in game play/stratup screen and did not work.

To follow up,it may be a problem with Adobe as no pdf files are opening. Will reinstall and update.

No bug... for some reason I had my adobe reader switch to a paid version that ran stopped working. Likely my son.
