Bug Report: 9U15 Italy No Active Convoy Lanes

In all the scenarios Italy no longer has an active convoy lane to place their escorts. Not sure if there was a change but all the scenarios have it.

Yes I also noticed that in my 2 recently started games. I guess they might activate when Italy enters the war so it is a 5 production loss per turn until that happens not a huge deal but still [:)].

I found the same issue in all the scenarios. In Europe 1942 Italy would have already been activated hence why I think it might be a bug. Not sure though but I thought I should report it.
The change is there is no convoy connection to Caglieri.

Same here. I also wonder since the beginning why there is no convoy lane to Tripoli port for the Italian. This way, the UK subs can raid a little this lane.

I must have accidentally deleted a convoy hex when editing the scenarios. Good catch. I will fix it.
