Advice given to player to increase Private Assets - wording suggestion

One of the Advice tips given to the player: Goal More Private Assets
"Remember you made a promise to your subjects to do this. You could call your Zone Governor to discuss Zone Orders. Then increase the budget to invest in the Private Economy...."

I think the wording needs to be "Public Budget" for a new player going to Zone Orders will find there is no Private Economy budget mentioned anywhere or even perhaps word changed to 'Private Sector Budget' both in advice text and in Zone Orders to sound more on point?
