[1.05 b17] Regime feat descriptions, "cas tol", "pop/work"

Not exactly a bug, but the descriptions for the fist regime feats War Lust, Militarized Politics, and Total War Mentality say that they increase "cas tol" and I have no idea what that means. It would be nice if those descriptions could be made more clear.
Looking at the bonus report screen, it seems to be "casuality tolerance". That should not be abreviated in the feat description.
That bonus means you can lose more soldiers without your population being mad about it, right?

There are two more feat benefit descriptions that I find a little confusing, Capable Supervisors and Capable Small Business.
They say "Per 1000pop/work +1 food" and "Per 1000pop +2 credits".
I think these two should be written out a little more, too.
When this says pop, does it mean private population or total population? Work means workers, right, not a job?
Does this food and credit bonus get paid straight into the player's inventory or is it paid into the private sector?
