Can't start "Missed the Bus" in 04.02.01.01

I can not start any of the later war campaigns that I tried. Missed the Bus and Brute Force. The game creation process gets stuck in the 'political' setup stage. Waited for 5 minutes before terminating the process. Could Vichy France be the culprit here?

I need to disable the draw of US Entry chits for creating Vichy France for all the scenarios where Vichy France was created before the start of the scenario.

I'll get a Hot Patch out later today.
