Add helpful text (Need/Stock) text in Raise Formation

I don't know about you but i am often trying to remember when viewing the requirements which is what i have and what is need. Would be super handy to have to the right of where the text that is the type of unit you are raising to have this text (Need/Stock) so when looking at requirements you can tell right away which it is or (Req/Stock)
