[1.05 b18] Happiness calculations

I often see the pop happiness calculations not adding up to the differential value that is displayed next to them.
Here are some examples:

Also note in the middle where it says "population happiness increased with 6 points" without giving an actual explanation for why this happened.

The middle one is usually caused by having the zone be unincorporated.
