Asset Manager (& ) quality of life request

In the asset manager there is a choice for the SHQ you want to view but if pressed there seemingly changes nothing. In case button this is implemented, planned for a future update to show only the cities linked to a certain SHQ this way i'm a happy man otherwise i would like to request this feature to happen since this significantly helps in creating oversight

furthermore, scrolling, especially when using on of the special viewing options such as 7 8th is very step wise, a motion such as a 747 taking off would be more appreciated as a scroll feature

It's needed when you have multiple SHQs and look at the preview.
