Preventing AI from moving

I'm making a small map and I want to prevent AI units from moving. Possible? AI always starts moving at the beginning of the game. Few MG42 nests at top of the hill would be nice :)

You can either choose to buy some fortifications(there are MG Nests, specifically, in the purchase list), or set the AI units you don’t want to move as follows:

set them in defend mode + give them a reaction at turn 99 + place an objective flag in each “O” units’ hex for the formations you want to stay fixed.

There is no guarantee it will work 100% of times, but most yes.

Your tip did work! Thank you! Now my map is working 100% :)

Very small map and there is a high hill and a castle at top of it. That castle is intelligence's secret base and your mission is to capture it. Very good for 10-15 minutes long fast game. It took 16 turns for me to complete.
