[1.06.03] Multi engine planes, no engine efficiency tech?

I just noticed that my 2 engine heavy airplane doesn't have a mention for the engine efficiency tech in the management screen.
Then I designed a 4 engine heavy airplane as a test and it showed the same.
Same for my 4 engine extra heavy airplane.

I'm guessing that every aircraft with more than 1 engine might not be benefiting from the engine efficiency tech right now.
