Windows Security Message

When I click on the icon to start this game, I get a windows security box shown below. Entering my Matrix user name and password does not work. If I cancel the box, the game will run anyway, but the left of the menu says that I am not authorized to access the document requested. How do I end this annoyance?

Sorry to hear about the trouble, can you please contact Matrix Support directly as this looks like it would be something for their end.
