Advisor attachement and friction

Post by Maerchen »

Hello Vic & forum,

there is a thread in the main forum 'Advisor strategy' where advisors are discussed.

I suggest toning down the advisor friction within a government by a lot and adding a new mechanic making them more useful and less a pain in the behind. Advisors lose friction. Everytime they are attached for a task, we pay 1-3 PP, after the task the advisor detaches automatically.

So if $unrestevent triggers, we get to decide in the decision screen "Do you want to attach your advisor(s) Y/N?"

Then we decide, the dice are rolled, the advisors do good or bad and get detached.

Great game, stay safe!

The logistics hell this game is IS the fun part! - Maerchen, 2020

The good thing is, we have all the information in the reports. The bad thing is, we have all the information. Maerchen, 2020

Came for SE. Will stay for SE.

I think what we really need is a proper explanation of how it's calculated.
I know the "authority" and "emotional" personality stats matter, but no idea if the ethics also influence it.
